I’m Amanda, a New Zealand born Graphic Designer living in Sydney, Australia.

I have just returned from maternity leave after having my beautiful daughter Thea. I’m currently working 2 days a work on small branding projects or freelancing for small packaging agencies.

Prior to my maternity leave, I was on long term contracts with various branding and packaging agencies including Landor & Associates & Frost Collective. Within these agencies, I mostly worked on large consumer brands including; Pernod Ricard Wines (Stoneleigh, Jacob’s Creek & George Wyndham), Arnotts – Shapes & George Western – Burgen Bread, Weight Watchers & Gourmet Garden. The packaging work I can’t unfortunately show, but the work I do for private clients and myself  you’ll see on this site.

I have spent the majority of the past 5 years learning and designing within the packaging industry. After spending 6 years in the publishing industry I completed a Masterclass at Shillington College of Design in 2012, to broaden my range of work and move within the industry. The course opened up the opportunity to work in packaging with a position at Blue Marlin Brand Design.

I have freelanced over the years with many companies including: Our Revolution, Frost* Collective, Landor & Associates, Blue Marlin, The Artistry, Semcom, SKINS, Bauer Media, Pacific Magazines, Gadget Group, Litmos, Telnet Services and Loyalty Media.

I can be contacted  here. or  linked in, or follow me on instagram

I have a $600 budget to cover costs to create some colourful A0 posters which will be places on Oxford Street as part of a placemaking art project.

The posters are to have a simple text quote with a bright background – for visibility on Oxford Street.

I have a brief if you are interested in knowing more? I would like to find a Sydney designer.
