Hello, I’m Amanda, a seasoned independent designer specialising in crafting bespoke packaging designs and brand identities for emerging businesses and startups. For the past six years, I've dedicated myself to this market, collaborating with small business owners to establish strong visual presences in their markets. It's a niche I'm passionate about, and I love helping these up-and-coming businesses make their mark with compelling visual identities.

My design aesthetic blends playfulness with precision, underpinned by a strategic approach and a passion for storytelling. A problem solver at heart, I ensure every design I create has meaning and purpose.

With over 15 years of experience spanning the branding, packaging, and publishing industries, this varied experience has given me a well-rounded perspective that I now bring to my work with smaller businesses and startups.

My career includes working with some of Sydney's top agencies, such as Landor + Fitch, Blue Marlin, Frost*, ACP Magazines, and Pacific Magazines, where I worked on large-scale consumer branding and packaging projects.

In 2023 I joined the Brandkind community. This collaboration has led to some truly rewarding projects, where I create brand identities for small enterprises in need on a pro-bono basis. It's been a refreshing change of pace, allowing me to use my design skills in a deeply meaningful way. I've found real satisfaction in contributing to the greater good, and it's added a new dimension to my career that blends my professional skills with my desire to give back to the community.

I am also a member of AGDA. This connection also keeps me engaged with the broader design community and current industry standards.
