BEK SMITH
BEK Smith is a highly sought after, frequently published, international photographer. She specialises in editorial style, wedding and fashion photography. Bek had a desire to inject more personality and edge into her branding, to stand her apart from the 'all-too-familiar wedding photography branding. Her romantic sense of style and unique point of view needed to be mirrored in her branding.
SEPT 2021 - ONGOING
Known to most by her shortened first name Bek, I began looking at how we could brand her more like a fashion label than a photographer. This idea stemmed from her background in fashion photography and her editorial take on wedding photography. A bold and classy typeface was used in a bold shocking coral red. We needed to shake the wedding photography world up.
The ‘after’ experience her clients have with her was needing to be elevated. A custom ‘wrap’ was created to have multiple uses, including wrapping images and also custom made albums. A custom label and thank you card was also created to complete the experience.
